Cut Off Valve
Do not use the cut off valve on your meter to turn the water off. The cutoff valve located in the meter box is for the use of DWMF only. State law prohibits tampering with this or any of utility property. You are required to have a main cutoff located outside of our meter box. Any violation of this could lead to a discontinuation of service, fines, fees or arrest.
Leaks
Leaks don’t go away on their own and tend to only worsen with time. They can cause property damage and become expensive to repair. Take care of leaks as soon as they are identified so that you can save water, money and limit the complications of water damage.
